Architectural Gem: The most prominent feature of ISADORA 12 is its innovative corner window. Unlike conventional solutions, this window extends outward from the main wall of the building. This not only gives the house a modern and unique appearance but also creates an additional functional space indoors – a light-filled corner ideal for sitting, relaxing, or even sleeping, all while enjoying a full panoramic view of nature. It is finished in light tones on the inside and dark tones on the outside.
Clean and Convenient Heating: To optimize user comfort, the ISADORA 12 sauna is heated from the outside. This means that fussing with firewood, ash, and debris stays out of the sauna room. You can enjoy clean sauna air and uninterrupted steam sessions by conveniently adding wood directly from the yard.
Materials Built to Last: We make no compromises on quality.
- Window Reveals: The exterior finish of the window utilizes top-quality 2 mm black sheet metal trim, which is extremely weather-resistant and built to last over time – just like our CLT (cross-laminated timber) panels.
- Roof: The roof features a durable EPDM roofing membrane, for which the manufacturer provides a 10-year material warranty.
- Glass: Stylish Braun-tinted glass is used as standard, but upon the customer’s request, we can also install mirror glass or other custom solutions.
Flexible Interior Layout and Equipment
The house features three rooms, the functions of which can be customized according to your needs:
- Anteroom: A cozy area for dressing or relaxing.
- Shower or Toilet room: Prepared for the installation of sanitary ware.
- Sauna Room or Bedroom: In a traditional sauna setup, a hardwood bench and plenty of space for enjoying the steam await you here. If you prefer a holiday cabin, this room can be furnished as a bedroom.
The heart of the sauna is a high-quality Stoveman wood-burning stove with a 25L water tank as standard, but for those who prefer convenience, we offer the option to order the house with electric heating.
Easy Installation: ISADORA 12 is designed to make installation as simple as possible. All common foundation types are suitable for the building: whether blocks, posts, or screw piles.
